Boost Subscriptions ("the App") is provided by CLOSEPA to merchants who use Shopify. This policy explains what information the App accesses and stores, and how it is used.
Information we access
When a merchant installs the App, the App accesses store information through Shopify's API, including products, selling plans, subscription contracts, orders, and customer information (name, email address, and delivery address). Customer names, email addresses, and delivery addresses are displayed to the merchant and to the customer, and are not stored in our database.
Information we store
- The store's domain, access token, and app settings.
- Subscription billing schedules, payment retry status, and webhook receipt records.
- When a customer pauses or cancels a subscription: the Shopify customer ID, the subscription ID, the reason the customer selected, and any comment they enter.
How we use information
Only to provide the App's features: managing subscriptions, billing recurring orders, and showing merchants why customers pause or cancel. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.
Retention and deletion
Pause and cancellation reasons are deleted automatically after 2 years. When Shopify notifies us of a customer data deletion request, we delete that customer's data. When a merchant uninstalls the App, we delete the store's data after Shopify's shop deletion notice.
Security
Data is stored on Cloudflare and transmitted only over HTTPS. Access is limited to the App's administrator.

Boost Subscriptions（以下「本アプリ」）は、CLOSEPA が Shopify をご利用の店舗に提供するアプリです。本アプリが利用・保存する情報とその使い道を説明します。
利用する情報
店舗が本アプリをインストールすると、本アプリは Shopify の API を通じて、商品、定期便プラン、定期契約、注文、お客様の情報（氏名・メールアドレス・お届け先住所）を利用します。お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・住所は店舗とお客様ご本人への表示にのみ使い、本アプリのデータベースには保存しません。
保存する情報
- 店舗のドメイン、アクセストークン、アプリの設定
- 定期便の請求予定、決済の再試行の状況、Webhook の受信記録
- お客様が定期便を一時停止・解約したとき：Shopify のお客様 ID、契約 ID、選ばれた理由、任意で入力されたご意見
利用目的
定期便の管理、2回目以降の請求、店舗が一時停止・解約の理由を確認すること、に限って利用します。個人情報の販売・第三者提供・広告への利用・自動的な判定は行いません。
保存期間と削除
一時停止・解約の理由は2年で自動的に削除します。Shopify からお客様データの削除依頼が届いた場合は、そのお客様のデータを削除します。店舗が本アプリをアンインストールした場合は、Shopify からの店舗データ削除の通知を受けて店舗のデータを削除します。
安全管理
データは Cloudflare に保存し、通信は HTTPS のみで行います。データにアクセスできるのは本アプリの管理者に限ります。
