How do I start selling subscriptions on Shopify?
Install the app, create a subscription plan on a product, and add the subscription widget to your theme. Customers buy through Shopify checkout.
Can customers skip, pause, or cancel on their own?
Yes. They manage their subscriptions in their Shopify customer account. Before canceling, they can choose to pause instead.
What happens when a payment fails?
The app retries the payment on the schedule you set. After the last attempt, it pauses the subscription, skips that delivery, or cancels, based on your settings. Customers can update their card from their account.
Which languages are supported?
The admin and customer portal are available in English and Japanese. Dates and prices follow each customer's region.
Can I import subscriptions from another app?
Not yet. Moving existing subscriptions from another app isn't available at this time.
How much does it cost?
